At Imani Hair, we take pride in offering premium-quality hair products. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final.

 

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products.

 

Non-Refundable Items

For hygiene, health, and safety reasons, we do not offer refunds on:

  • Lace frontals
  • Frontal units
  • Wigs
  • Hair extensions
  • Any opened or worn hair products

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item received
  • A description of the issue
