International orders are shipped via FedEx, with delivery typically within 3–5 business days, depending on destination.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return or exchange an item?

Due to the nature of ingestible products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us right away.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos, and we’ll make it right.

Can I make customizations to my wig?

All hair arrives in its natural state. With our highest quality HD lace option, preplucked hairline, bleached knots and adjustable band for glueless install.

Our wigs are beginner-friendly, but you can let a professional stylist customize the lace to your preference.

How long will my wig last?

Our wigs are less prone to tangles or breakage, so they'll last longer than processed hair. With proper care our wigs can last 2+ years.
